EVENT POLICIES

• Registration closes 24 hours prior to the workshop date.
  Our workshops are designed to start promptly, respecting the value of your time. To ensure a smooth start, please arrive 5-10 minutes early for sign-in.
  We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause late arrivals. However, please note that arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to catch up on their own.
• Unfortunately, we cannot allow participation for those arriving 30 or more minutes after the class has started.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient registration numbers. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, you can use your reservation for another workshop of equal value or pay the difference between workshops.
• Refunds are otherwise not available for our events under any circumstances.
• However, you can transfer your reservation to another workshop of equal value or pay the difference between workshops.
• Please note that we may take photos during the workshop to use on social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, notify the teacher upon arrival.
